My Turn

The kids had a snow day Wednesday, a half day Thursday, no school Friday, so when I do get a chance at the computer it keeps saying server error try back in 30 seconds, FOR HALF OF THE DAY! I tried to leave a comment on my Wednesday post and it wouldn't let me. So we'll just see if this works.

We've been.....

.....playing Webkinz and found out my girls Birthday is the same day as fruit cocktail day, or as she used to call it, fruit cottontail .......
....found a face in this potato. Had to take his picture before I sliced him up and he was part of.....

.....some mushroom and barley soup.....

....had to use the toaster oven to make cheddar biscuits because the bottom heating element went out in the oven. I was wondering why stuff was taking longer to bake....

.....Friday I got a wild sewing hair, which is good right before a show...

....made 3 totes, 2 small bags, 5 tissue packs....

...and made this quilted bag. I love those banana seat bikes!

So how was the dog filling his time?
I know what he's thinking...
Yep.
Who me?
Lucky we missed the big storm that hit Ohio but we got the winds and drifting snow.
Is this the "In like a lion part"? I want the lamb.

haha!! I loved reading your captions! Too cute and funny!

And you have a true gift in not just the beauty of your handmade bags, but the way you display them. So attractive and welcoming!

Like you, I felt lost in space not being able to log into blogspot today and check blogs or update my own.
Glad to see wer'e all back to normal again!

Ah ha ha ha....too cute. I love the shot taken over your dog's head looking at the squirrel (all you can see is the top of the dog's head and his/her ears) and, then, the bullseye...you're funny!

Yeah, Twinville said it, but I noticed, too, the wonderful way you display your bags. Absolutely beautiful. And guess what? I've got one kinda just like those ... :-) :-):-)

Face in a potato, huh? You need to get out more.

You ladies make a gal feel good.
And my dog is obsessed with chasing squirrels, since he is a hearding dog he doesn't try to catch them, just chases them back in the trees where they belong.
And yes farmgirl, I do need to get out more. :~)

oops I forgot to give credit to my boy who made the bullseye on the squirrel. He's the computer expert in this house.

You are very funny. And the bullseye gave me my morning laugh.
Your bags are wonderful. I especially like the one with bike. I am old enough to have actually had one of those banana seat bikes.
Have fun at the show.
