I'm trying to kill some time while the burning chemicals change my dull slighly graying roots back to the vibrant youthful hair that makes me feel less old and frumpy.
Today we had to say goodbye to a little friend. No sympathy cards, he's not dead. He was our foster fish. My son volunteered to take care of his science teachers fish over the summer. His teacher nice man that he is, has the words ass and crap in his name. Take a couple of minutes to giggle. Although school started almost 3 weeks ago, my son had a hard time taking him back. He took these pictures last night to remember him.
This fish, Orange Juice (O.J. for short), is the most interesting fish I ever met. He gets excited when you enter the room. If you set his plants down into the rocks, he picks the rocks up with his mouth and sets them aside until they all float again. He glowed with his vibrant orange body with white spots on his tail.
Little O.J. , we hope someone from this years Science class loves you as much as we did.
